Jasper is a bounty hunter and a people finder. If you need someone found he can probably do it. He doesn't care about the details,of why they need to be found or anything like that. That's not important. It's the chase that is.

Jasper is also a wolf.

He's what happens when a bored wizard decides to create a reverse were-wolf. Jasper is the name of someone the wolf killed after freeing himself from the wizard. He liked the name and took it for himself.
